Welcome to Vimal Mart i.e. www.vimalmart.com (the "Portal").
We, Vimal Oil & Foods Ltd. (“VOFL”), manufacturing and processing edible oils and other food products for our job worker namely Ozone Procon Private Limited (“OPPL”) and the job worker is selling the said edible oils and other food products manufactured by us.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Portal, including any purchases made through the Portal. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Portal.
1. Use of the Portal
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Portal. By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
1.2 Account: To access certain features of the Portal, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and making purchases on the Portal. We VOFL & OPPL (Herein after refereed as “We” or “us”) reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1 Product Listings: All product listings on the Portal are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or to reject or cancel orders.
2.2 Prices: Prices for products are listed in Indian Currency (i.e. Indian Rupee) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
2.3 Payment: Payment for orders must be made at the time of purchase to our job worker namely Ozone Procon Private Limited. We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience, including UPI, debit cards, and credit cards. However, please note that we do not offer the Cash on Delivery (COD) option at this time. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership: All content on the Portal, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Vimal Mart Portal or its content suppliers and is protected by as per the applicable laws in the state of Gujarat – INDIA.
3.2 License: You are granted a limited license to access and use the Portal and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Vimal Mart or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Governing Law
5.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat.
6. Changes to These Terms
6.1 Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated Terms on the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
